Defender 90 Wheel Compatability

Hi, Looking to turn my 96 LR Defender 90 from a farm hand to 'my defender' . My first question is wheels , it has the standard 16" 5 spoke boost alloys at the moment and I'm trying to figure out what I can change them to. I would like to go to P38 18" Range Rover wheels but unsure on fitment. Any help appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the stud pattern is different.
