Defender 90 tub

Hi, probably the first of many questions. Got a 1997 90 defender pick up that’s rather battered and looking at getting a used tub rather than attempting to straighten it. Not worried about swapping over just theres a few around. The only difference I guess is fuel filler location. So will all 90 tubs fit? Or are there any other changes. Also has anyone extended the fuel filler from in front of wheel arch to rear? As there’s a decent one not to far from me but filler is in wrong place. Cheers

Tubs are much the same I recon but wait for others to confirm.
A mate did extend the fuel filler pipe from the rear fill position to the side tank under the seat, as I recall it had to run along just above the spring turret [ metal pipe used ] any higher and wheel may contact at extreme axle movement. It did slow filling a bit he said.

Cheers that’s what I thought. Been looking in to extending fuel filler trying to find something that will work of another vehicle preferably. A few filler extensions on eBay look doable. Or just keep looking for a reasonable priced tub nearer to home.
