Defender 90 side windows

Thinking of adding sliding side windows to my defender 90. Anyone got any recommendations of best window kit to buy??

Does your D90 leak ...? It will after you,ve cut holes in the side.

Look for an old County top and swap it over, put some vaseline on the capping rubbers, so it's easier to remove next year after a winter of misery ....

No leaks, other than the usual drafty doors…. Seen masai kits, bearmach etc online and didn’t know how good they were. Leaky by the sounds of it

Sorry, I was being flippant .... The Massi/Bearmach versions etc might not be leaky, they maybe very good, most of the county backs I have come across/looked at leak.

Any they rattle unless you replace all the OEM seals

I would be getting and refurbishing a set of windowed sides rather than fitting Masai. Will be cheaper and look standard. Also as mentioned if you fully refurb it should not leak. I am about to do the same with mine. I have the side I just need to paint them and get the seals.

I got them at the Malvern spares day, there were lots to choose form and cost be £80 for the pair including the windows. There were sets for less but I only found them after I ad purchased. the Newbury spares day is coming up there will definitely be some there, and the next malvern day is in a few weeks.
