Hi I think I am going to have to replace my rear wing on my fender as its in a bad way and cant be bent back into any sort of shape! I know you drill the rivets and spot welds to remove it but my question was has anyone on here done this on there landy? and also cand you rivet the new one on with blind rivets and will it look ok or not?

Depends how picky you are about stuff like that.
My brothers 90 has had one side done (not by us) and that's riveted on, Not really noticeable once painted.
Although if I was to do one myself I would probably just bond it in place.
 
Yes tiger seal is goood ****.
And yes alloy rivets as their alley pannels don't want to cause more electro rust whatever the proper word is :p

Challenge truck has been redone with rivets and levelled off with filler then sprayed so be neater job than factory!
 
yeah you can weld ali with mig, you just need to change over the gas, torch liner and wire thats if it was set up with steel in the first place.

mig is easier to weld ali but i much prefer using tig to weld ali, much cleaner welds
