Can anybody help, I have fitted a new clutch to my 1990 Defender and on bleeding it to the slave cylinder , when it builds up the pressure it blew & clutch fluid came out of the bell housing. Any ideas, please?

Assuming the clutch itself was at fault when it was changed I would say it sounds like one of three things. 1) Incorrectly fitted bearing 2) worn clutch arm 3) incorrectly seated pushrod.
