Defender 90 2012 tdci 2.2

Hi all,
I have recently purchased the above landy and want to make it have a bit more grunt to the exhaust !
I removed the mid silencer for a straight pipe and it made NO difference to the noise what so ever which was very strange but I’m guessing it’s due to the dpf on this modal. Have anyone else had this experience and if so what you’d recommend I can do to gain some exhaust noise. Many thanks !!!!

If you want some noise then ditch that oil burner and get yourself a big throbbing V8 under the bonnet, straight through with a couple of cherry bombs at the back and rock on.

Be careful what yer do to the eggsause. MOT man has to look and check for things like the pdf. I dun't see the point meself in making it sound loud. Yer would be betterer to spend the time/money on upgrading the security or it may go missing. They go missing quite easily. If yer want a fast car... then yer need to buy a different vehicle. A biscuit tin ont wheels int going to be the fastest away from the traffic lights.
