Defender 300tdi clutch

Hi folks my defender is due a new clutch, I was wondering what you chaps would recommend? I tow a trailer and like to use my defender around my property, but mostly Its a recreational vehicle.
Would you recommend a HD clutch? What is the best make to purchase?

HD clutch is a bit heavier.

Fit a good brand (Borg and beck etc) rather than a cheap op no name.

Definitely fit the HD release arm and bearing. That removes two common failure points and makes no difference to the fell or operation of the clutch itself.
I fitted a valeo HD (OEM 130 spec) clutch and spring plate to my 200tdi and I did not notice any difference, so even if they are a little heavier it is not by much unless the 300tdi is significantly different.
