Hello Everyone,

I’m currently in the process of bringing my model 1994 200Tdi Defrnder 90 back to life after a 20yr rest.
As part of the ‘restoration’ I have purchased both silicone coolant and turbo hose sets .
I have located all of the hoses that require replacement all except two.
I’m hoping you learned gentlemen and women can help me identify where the two hoses are located within the engine bay .
Please look at the photograph of the silicone coolant hoses I have purchased (labelled 1 and 2 ) within the set and kindly advise where I can locate their respective hoses to replace in the engine bay.

Many thanks for your time and help, Much appreciated.
Best regards
George

They look like they could be the hoses that go to the heater. (Difficult to tell the length/size of the hoses from the picture)

think they’re the heater box hoses. Make sure you do the jubilee clips up tight with the silicone hoses. They’re thicker than the original ones and don’t deform as much. Means they leak if the jubilee isnt done up nice and tight.
