Cable? The clutch is hydraulic
Ah ok, somebody told me that it may be the clutch cable? I'm not overly familiar with these sorry.

Therein could lie your problem. Check to see if the clutch fluid reservoir actually has fluid in it. If not then you'll need to top it up and bleed it, which can sometimes be a pain. Kinda won't work without fluid
