Defender 130 Quadtech - Quick and Dirty Camper Conversion

Hi Folks,

I bought a Defender 130 with a Quadtech body last year. It had already been converted into a camper of sorts. It wasn't that space efficient for two of us and a rabbit (yes, a rabbit). So it was gutted and reconverted. Here is a short vid from the rabbits (travels_with_rodney) Instagram account of the interior being built over three days.



This body will be removed shortly and a new body will be made. Quadtech bodies are not made to last......
We took the truck on a jaunt around the highlands last month for a couple of weeks. The truck was great on the trip. I had a few issues, like the light switch burning out (normal, or so I am told). It went well and got a lot of attention. People love Defenders as most of you will know. Right, let me know what you think.

Yes the headlights are best upgraded to relays and power reduced through the switch, they last much longer that way and you get better lights to boot.

Interesting video but I don't do insta, ol' Zukky would be chuckin himself around all day if I were to be posting selfies morning noon and eve LOL
