Is it possible to fit BBS ch wheels to a defender 110

Pardon my ignorance but what are BBS CH wheels?
When fitting different wheels to a 110 the issue is with the load rating, not even all land rover factory wheels can be fitted to 110 for this reason. If these are aftermarket that would be the first thing to check.
