This is a 1987 2.5na converted to 300Tdi with the LT77 Gearbox, This is a Full nut and bolt Rebuild with Galvanised Chassis and all new parts. Loads of photos of the Rebuild, which took me just over 2 years .
Bulkhead welded primed and painted, No Rust. Chassis had New rear crossmember and Outriggers then shot blasted and sent for full Galvanise. Both front Doors had new bottoms welded in so now Very Solid,
All Brand New Were, full suspension, shocks and springs, front and rear Prop Shafts, steering arms with all Track Rods, Both front and rear axles were completely striped and renewed with all bearings, seals hubs, shafts ect. Fuel Tank and Sender and Fuel Lines, Brakes front and rear, discs, drums, shoes, cylinders, calipers and all new pipes right round with flexi hoses. Polybushed everywhere.
Engine had Brand New Clutch Kit, Timing Belt Kit, Water Pump, Starter Motor. No Leaks anywhere.
Probably forgot some things too. But basically Everything Mentioned Brand New
Al this was finished in August 2020, and was MOTd at Local Land Rover Specialist Passed first time with No Advisory's.
Just had full Respray last week in Landrover Kewsick Green and Alpine White, these 2 coulors together make a perfect match.
Hundreds of pics of the rebuild.
Needs a couple of niggely bits sorting like door stays, pasenger door lock mechanism needs doing but it does lock from inside, no radio.
Any Inspection or Test Drive Welcome.
