I need help with 2 things; Can someone please tell me how to correctly adjust the front wheel bearings, and my roof lining is starting to sag, how can I fix it.

Many Thanks

Hello Mike
Wheel bearings ? I don't have a clue.
Roof lining. if it is only minor sagging get some contact adhesive and put it in a hypodermic syringe, push the needle through the lining and inject a bit of glue onto the roof metalwork, wait a couple of minutes, then push the lining back up. this works a treat with no staining if you don't go mad with the glue.

Wait till yer passin a skip, rip the roof lining out and bung it in. Replace with some cheapo contract carpet glued in place. Job's a good un.

Whip off the drive member, outer hub nut and tab washer. Tighten inner hub nut to 65Nm, then back it off 90deg, then tighten it to 4Nm. Replace tab washer, replace outer Hub nut and tighten to 65Nm without letting the inner nut move. Secure both nuts with tab washer, replace drive member (using threadlock on bolts).

Remove the lining and you will most likely find a lovely shiny white metal roof that looks like it's just come out the factory. Looks far tidier than a saggy liner.
