Hi Guys, i'm new to these forums & i'm in the process of rebuilding a defender but have some slight issues.
Its been a full rebuild from chassis up, and i now have a rolling chassis which could be driven but wont run.....
Fuel has been bled through, however when i have wired up the ignition barrel/switch its all the right way, took pics before and is deffinately no fault there, tested switch for giving power to each part in turn and all fine. When we remove the large white wire from the barrell it will turn over with key in correct position, however when replaced it will not. I have had it running before in this set up, wiggled al the fuse and relays on drivers side of bulkhead, ran it around 10 times and r6emoved steerin coolumn, replaced and wontrun now but still turns over when white lead removed.
Thanks Tim also checked all fuses and fuse connectors etc with no avail.
