can anyone help i have a 2000 td5 90 and updating the center console to a raptor console with carling switches. i am wiring in front spots and a rear work light but would like to transfer the existing wiring for the hazard and wiper to new carling switches.
does anyone know which switches will work and what wires go where.
the existing hazard wiring is a red wire going to a bulb that goes to the fitting as you pull the knob out it illuminates the knob and a red 12v to one side of the existing switch and a brown wire to the other side.
the rear washer/wiper has 4 wires a brown,black,white and red.
also does anyone know a good defender autoelectric guy in the chelmsford/colchester area as i think i could do with some help on the electrics.
i have taken pictures but cant load them must be thick or somethink
