Dash light failure ??

Just got a text from missus (always happens when I'm working away) she's lost all the dash lights everything ?? The headlights are still working fine as is everything else just not any of the dash lights, I'm hoping this
Is just a simple fuse gone ?? Let's hope so as if I was there if have a good look but she will just go marching into the nearest garage and pay whatever they wanted, any help would be appreciated cheers John

sounds like the fuse , but also finding out what caused the fuse to go in the first place

plse let us know how u get on and always here if u need a hand

could be if some one has had the dash off before that the plug has come out is she still getting speedo readings.

Yes speedo and everything else is still working fine just all the lights behind dashboard inc all heater back lights, someone has fitted a tilt meter which has been wired into the lighting circuit maybe that's the problem ??

Was just the fuse gone thankfully have taken the tilt meter out as this was wired into the lighting circuits will see if it's sorted the problem out in a few days ??

there should not have been a problem but when somebody else has done the wiring you never know. glad you have solved it.

pleased u got it sorted and wasn't too much of a nightmare

why on earth would u put a tilt meter in , lol

It came with it when I bought it its going in the bin when I get home,
