D3 suspension issues

2005 Discovery D3, hi, I’ve put a new compressor on the Landy as old one was knackered, like for like so plug and play and all was well, about 2 weeks after the front started dropping and wouldn’t come back up, the rear was fine, so today I’ve fitted a new front valve block and nothing, front is staying on the bump stops, are the valve blocks plug and play or does it need faults clearing before it’ll work?

Forget that, a b@stard plug had come unattached on the compressor, all is well and working as it should now
