D3 fuel pressure issues

Hi all had some fuel issues with a d3 seemed to have low pressure issues replaced pump now have 7psi to hp pump but only had a dribble to fuel rails replaced hp pump with a reconditioned unit 450 quid still the same hardly any pressure ordered a fuel rail sensor today pulling my hair out on the meantime any ideas anyone? Only code I have is fuel rail sensor out of range on live data reads 0.04 no change while cranking

Is the hp pump turning?

Sorry mate didn't notice post fitted new pump hp checked everything bleed by running low pressure pump removing return hard line and running into bottle lots of air reconnected and it started straight up has oil pressure no leaks no knocks still have to feed 2l of trans fluid in but looking good at the moment have a few communication errors and hand brakes fault

I never thought I would see the day, but I reckon most d3 days are numbered, and the rusty bags of crap that are d1 and d2 will last longer!

Not all D1's are rust buckets, most but not all
