Im measuring around to make my D2 start again.

-Fuses 1 and 2 measure only 1,78V with ign-switch in pos 2.
Is this normal?

- measuring how?
- fuses from which fusebox(engine bay or interior)?
- about "start again"? is it cranking and no "fire" or not cranking?

if you want proper help say as many details as possible cos if you are so cryptic i can't just guess what's going on

Fuses in engine bay fusebox. I've solved it temporarily by a wire straight from battery+ to both terminals on fuse 1. Now she starts right up.
 
did you check that your main relay was working before the fire starting

You're right. Relay 9 doesnt fire. +signal is ok, but its not getting ground. Am i right in thinking ground connection to R9 should come from engine control module, pin C0658-21?
 
Yes, that earth should be delivered by the ECM when ignition is turned on provided the engine is not immobilised
Measuring directly from C0658-21 with ignition in pos2 shows no continuity to ground. (Measured from rear of contact with contact plugged into ecm). So im a tad confused. Shouldnt there be continuity between ground and red/blue wire C0658-21? Edit: as a temp.fix i have for now given R9 ground from elsewhere. The car runs just fine and shows no fault codes. However i am wondering if the ecm have recieved some damage when things went haywire in the car since it doesnt seem to provide ground to R9 anymore. Or maybe not all requirements for the ecm to open R9 are met? -just me thinking out loud. Anyway: if i can not fix it 100%, i might instead just give R9 ground throgh a new relay thats powered up by something else (aux relay for instance).

Have you confirmed that relay 9 is working ok ,have you battery voltage on c123-1 and c605-3 on the inertia switch to ground .
and as mentioned by sierrafery the engine is not being immobilised

Yes, the inertia-switch circuit is measured and confirmed ok. The problem is that ecm is not providing earth to the R9 through the red/blue wire. Once i give it earth from elsewhere, it starts and runs just fine, which it wouldnt do if start inhibitor was active.
 
And last evening i noticed the dash lights are no longer illuminated.... *sigh* -D2 is the gift that just keeps on giving 😅 -well, at least it is driveable now..
