Hoping someone might be able to advise. Having just replaced the rear wiper arm & blade (all standard, but a bit more of a bugger than I was anticipating!), I thought I would replace the front blades too. I presumed they would be standard, but they aren’t. Has anyone seen these before (photo attached), and know what they are? The blade appears to attach to a central metal slug in the middle of the attachment, which then pushes onto the arm from the end. Grateful for any advice[GALLERY=][GALLERY=][GALLERY=][GALLERY=][/GALLERY][/GALLERY][/GALLERY][/GALLERY]

Yes they are Bosch aero blades, they are superior to the standard blades and less Likely to judder
If the screen is contaminated with with oil/rubber,
Should come with all necessary adapters to fit your arms

That is very kind of you - thank you. Saves me going back to Rimmer Bros & telling them they’ve mis-advertised! You wouldn’t happen to know what the optimum in length for the front blades are do you - I’ve managed to get myself lost in a forum that ranges from 16-21 inches - which is quite an array!

The maximum length on the drivers side is 21 inch and the passenger side is 19 inch
But the standard length I believe is 19 inch and 17 respectively,
I alway fit the largest wipers I can to clear the most screen,

Hi Delilah
Slight correction. The standard size is 18inch for both front blades and 13 inch for the rear one
But as I said you can go upto 21 inch for drivers front and 19 inch for passenger front if you want the maximum swept area,
Your choice,

this has proven to be a slight pain in the arse! having ordered the bosch aerotwin, it would appear that none of the 4 supplied adaptors fit into the wirper balde arms. In fairness, D2 is not marked as compatible, so my fault for ingnoring that minor detail. I think I have found the right replacement on ebay, but I'm not convinced its as good a quality as the Bosch. So my question is, has anyone found a work around to get the non-standard, non-compatible Bosch to fit to the standard wiper arms of the D2?
