I’ll keep this as short as I can, basically, my clutch has gone today. Driving fine around town and then all of a sudden I couldn’t get it out of gear. Managed to yank it out but then couldn’t get it back in. Some how managed to get it back in after a right struggle and get it into a nearby car park. Clutch pedal is absolutely rock solid. Fluid reservoir is full. It will be going to a garage to get sorted but just wondering ahead of time essentially. Clutch was heavy before it went but not excessively.

Ah sorry, I missed that bit! Just trying to see if anyone has had something similar happen to them and also what it could potentially be? As I say, it’s going to a garage to get sorted but I’d like to at least have a potential heads up ahead of time

The rock solid pedal sounds a bit weird, but apart from that it sounds like the clutch has gone. Have you checked the clutch cylinder ??

Can you pedal bleed the clutch? If so you'll know the hydraulic side is ok and I would then suspect an internal clutch problem.
