Following a hub failure I have tried to replace the ABS sensor on my 2000 TD5 Discovery.
The second hand sensor did not have any connector on the end so I have used bullet connectors to link it to the original wiring.
I still get an error when put on diagnostics saying " Front LH sensor - electrical fault".
As it doesn't explicitly state a sensor failure does anyone know what may cause this error ?
Thanks in advance.

Unplug and measure the resistance of the sensor... it must be between 950-1100 Ohm, if it's out of this range put a new one..., and make sure that is no short-circuit at the connection... IMO to use second hand ABS sensors on Disco 2 is not the best choice.
