D1 cabin heater box- similarities

What is the difference between an A/C and non A/C heater box ?

I have to replace a heater matrix and whole boxes are cheap to buy and would save work. Could I swap the working A/C bits off mine onto a non A/C box ?

Also,the matrix is listed the same for D2 . Is the whole box the same ?

Come on guys ! What ? No one ever had a heater matrix out of a D1 or 2 ?

don't know about d2's but non AC int same as AC box in a D! I have an AC one sitting about doing nowt usefull in Yeovil if ya want it.

Red,if its got a non leaking matrix in it...and you can stay out of Mintys knickers long enough....I would very much like that A/C box of you'r'n.

And thanks for the reply,as well as the offer.How to move it....Im not going up country any time soon,I have had my yearly 5 day hols already at the CLA gamefair ! The pigs get awful lonely when Im not around.And start eating the emmets who are sent down our lane by their Aldi GPS machines.......
