Cylinder Head help

Just posted this on my rebuild thread but for those of you who are bored of that I have foooked my head and need some replacement advice asap. Yours wisdom will be appreciated!

How do you know that you've blown the head?

someone on heres selling a head

Mechanic looked at it today and said its warped or bent or something and that we cant skim it as its been done before.

Bit too deep in the engine for me to understanding, meeting him in 20 mins to get a better understanding!
