So, found the drawings for how and where to cut the access hatch for replacing the fuel pump but couple of questions remain!

2004 TD5 HardTop 110

- It seems that it would cut through one stringer, at least partially? How does this affect the integrity of the chassis? Doing a camper build and I will construct a plywood floor (15mm) with bed and cupboard on top of the aluminium floor. So I think load wise I should be sorted as the plywood evens out the weight distribution and I am not going to haul 750kg of cement in the back...
Or, are the stringers somewhow integral part of some weird load distribution thing?

- Fuel tank size and location? The cars papers indicate I should have a 75L tank BUT I have seen some documentations that some of the Hardtops that have come with 90L tank, is this possible?
Is the position of the fuel filter in the same place regardless of the tank size? Due to some legislative issues around here the filler cap has been moved a bit forward in the Van as well. Wonder what other customisation have been done...

Pointers appreciated!
