Current price of SVO

I spotted 10lt "boxes" of sun flower oil in Tesco's today for £12...... anyone know of anything/anywhere cheaper?
From what I read it's ok for me to throw in say 20lt to my tank that has about just over a quarter tank of diesel.....just checking...

If you know anybody with a Booker card, it's £20.89 for 20lt.

I couldn't live with myself if I did that...imagine how I would feel if I did that and your engine blew up.......

Seriously though,as we head into colder temps,mixing 50:50 should give you no probs at all-if we go below zero swap 5% of the derv for petrol-presume tdi not td5

Can get it from Makro for £19.99 for 20 litres. It used to be slightly less than that though and now they have it advertised as a "promo" so obviously it's going to go up in price soon. They also keep less of it in stock, no idea why!

They had it in Morrisons last week. £5.00 for 5 litre bottles. Ktc brand made from soya. It was at the back of my store not with the other expensive oils. Morrisons own brand veg oil was £3.98 for 3 litres

We just walked in, picked up 100ltrs of oil and went to pay. They ask for your customer number and you just flash your card and they go and get you a temp number.

Some REME lad told me about it, they all used to get **** loads of crates in before going on adventure training from there for pennys

was told today that tesco are doing 5L sunflower for £5.00

Went to MAKRO in glasgow tonight and bought 30ltrs of veg oil for £18 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was in their clearance aisle!!!!

Haven't used veg oil before but it works out at 60p per litre

Back when ASDA were doing it for 72p a litre i stocked up.

The loose bottles were form the shelves, and the boxes from the store room.

Staff had no problem with me taking all the oil out of 2 stores! Got some strange looks tho.

There was some weight in all that oil.

My local Tesco had Crisp-n-Dry oil for £1 a litre tonight, only 6 bottles on the shelf though.

I have 200 litres of Bio sitting in the garage so did not bother buying it.

Hell Daz that's my kind of price..... jeez.....
