Hello all, I am currently rebuilding my disco 1 after rotdeath took hold. I found a good solid 200 chassis and a reasonable 3dr body! Combined with new pro comp suspension I picked up cheap, my recon 300tdi lump, winch bumper, sliders and modulars off my current disco I should have a nice LR when it's built.... however I have seriously been considering putting a cummins 6bt in the mix! After looking into it I have no real issue with the fitting/ modifing side of things however the main issue I can see is mating the Disco transfer box to the Cummins gearbox.... I see some people have had adapter plates made up to mount them and machined output shafts to suit. Is this something someone on here could supply or point me in the right direction for?
Any help would be much appreciated

Join the Cummins Land Rover group on Facebook, plenty of advice on their.
If you speak to Reece Myers on their he is the chap who makes the kits to convert the zf-s5-42 or spicer gearboxes to take the Land Rover lt230 transfer box.
