CTA12000 winch problem

Hi all
Looking for a bit of guidance if possible; I was using the CAT12000 winch yesterday to pull a fallen tree out of a lake. All was going swimmingly (excuse pun) when suddenly it stopped letting cable out. It still winds in even when fully loaded, but just makes a clicking sound when I press the "out" button on the controller.
Do i check it away and buy a new one, or is it an easy problem to fix?

Are there 2 solenoids ?
Sounds like 1 has blown the fuse or broke.

(If its clicking it may mean the control cable is ok)

New solenoid time.

Thanks guys - I took it into work (fork truck dealer) and the workshop have confirmed it needs a new solenoid. sp should have it back working in a couple of days

Dam I thought we may have been able to get a cheap winch.
