csw conversion.. what to remove?

Ive roughly assembled half the csw conversion onto my 110 van. Now... the front of the tub is sitting up a bit and i would assume that i need to remove the uprights (held on by fasteners) ???

2 big uprights and then some of the smaller 3/4" high ones shown in the other pics.






i know i need to get the csw crossmember so have one on order.

Yep..... should look more like this for the tub to sit down........
