Hello, first post and all that- I have a 110 csw which I absoloutely love. Its Epsom Green and totally standard (apart from the central locking I had fitted).

About to reveal complete lack of technical know how:

A petrol pump jumped out and smashed the rear indicator last week (and bent the rear cross member / rear quarter panel) Anyhow, I have replaced the unit and bulb, however it indicates at twice the speed of the other side, which is normal.

The hazards work fine, as does the alarm.

Any ideas what I can do to make it less hectic?

Many thanks.

almost certainly an earthing problem.
to check, bypass the unit with some wire to a good known earth. ie the battery terminal?

Thanks for all the advice, it turned out that the replacement bulb was the wrong v/w. Not wrong enough to casue it or the fuse to blow, but all sorted now.
