Hi Gary

I recently got the ecu to complete mine, 2004 TD4 HSE Auto, SCB100211 was the only 2nd hand one I could get from Roverrugby breakers, was used so no programming required (Land Rover Testbook I believe as new ECU's are not programmed) I bought the switches for steering wheel & master switch for lower dash (Next to reverse park switch) and was all plug and play, didn't cost more than £100 for all the parts, wish I'd done it sooner. I'm impressed as to how easy the Freelander drives now, and when cruise enabled (30 mph upwards), it raises speed, holds speed downhill (Almost) and uphill keeps speed on nearly any hill.......Great (,")

hiya guys

thanks for the update, i was curious of how everyone got on.

i also found it very easy with fitting all the parts and realised that fitting a second hand ecu unit didnt require any intervention with land rovers test book or any activation.

as far as im aware it will only work on automatics but this is only from my own experiance

thanks again guys
