Croisiere Blanche 90

Just found this thread, seen the article in the LRO last year whilst i was working in Saudi and now i'm working in France, thought it'll be fun to participate.

Damn too late for this year, it's next week. I'm up for next year.

I've got a 200TDI 90 with a roof tent and Insa turbo shahra tyres, they look chunky enough for da snow, but I can't find any chains big enough t fit.

Used the tent last month when it was -10deg, yes cold but slept like a baby.

Posibly got a couple more Defender dudes who might wana go. Brit with a 90 300TDI and an Aussie with a 110. I'll ask em next week.

My french aint any good either, maybe next year it'll be better.

I can't imagine having limited French will pose any issues, they looks like there's about 20+ Brit vehicles going, soon have enough to fill our own ferry (or shuttle if the sea's rough - don't do rough seas, no NO)

Anyone got any ideas about accomadation, any previous participants got any comments ?

I was wondering if all the vailable rooms get booked really early, would I need to think about booking before too long ??
