Apologies for starting a second thread, but i didnt know how to amend the title of the last one.

Anyway, i took on board all the suggestions of members, and the only one i didnt get to do was check fuel pressure at the engine.

I had to go down to Dublin to work all week, so threw the towel in, and had her recovered to a local independant, BLRC in Saintfield

Got a call from their mechanic, telling me that the pipes leading to the FPR were the wrong way round, he swapped them, and off she went.

I've owned the car for 2 and a half years, and i certainly have never had those pipes undone, she came from Surrey area with a pretty good history, but it seems they have been like that since i got her, as driving her home this morning was great, going far far better than ever, i always put her down to being gutless due to being a big heavy auto.

As well as that, my other vehicles are an audi quattro, and a Honda Blackbird, so most things seem a tad slow!

I have no idea how she was going with the pipes crossed, perhaps someone here can shed light on it, but a vastly different car now im glad to say!

Cheers
