Apart from the glowplug fault, the rest often occur during cranking as the battery voltage drops especially if the battery is marginal.I had this one:
GLOW PLUG (HEATERS) FAULT
Type: INVALID FAULT,LOGGED,INTERMITTENT
RPM = 8
WATER TEMP = 92
OCCURRANCE = 6
Would that have been an iffy relay rather than a faulty plug then?
As far as I can see, the glowplug heaters fault can only be the relay as many with failed glowplugs have never had a fault code, but it could also be low voltage.
