am i rite in thinking 3 degree cranked are for 1-2 inch lift and 6 degree are for 3 or more inch lift

Yes mate, they effectively correct the castor angle to allow stability at road speeds
and allow self centering of the steering.
You can rotate the swivel ends instead, but this isn't simple without a machine shop
to do accurately, hence the aftermarket arms.

Cheers mate.radius arms nd trailing arms arent to much money anyway
