Crankcase breather On a TD4

im going to replace crankcase breather is there any advice on what make of part ,I read about a modified version ? advice would be appreciated

Just bought mine off E bay really cheaply full service kit with modified breather £37 its just a plastic lump with a few holes in so I don't suppose it matters too much about make they come with new seals too.
