Crankcase and Synergy 2

Can you help me please just got my 05 freelander and am well chuffed.
Looked through posts on here and found the EGR bypass valve on ebay,however the BMW crankcase breather is elluding me does anyone have a current link to ebay or someone on the forum selling them please .Also been offered a remap of the ECU but which is best going for a remap or using the synergy 2 from here,you help and advice would be much appreciated.

Get the BMW seperator from a BMW dealer - £22

do the same for Synergy 2, don't go messing with the ECU

Many thanks Mark2 ,what does the synergy2 gain you .The ECU remap was quoted as giving 25 more bhp 50 n/metres torque and 15% better fuel economy any advice much appreciated .Just read through posts and will go for synergy2 when time is right.

fitted mine last week, fitted perfect on my 04 sport.

much better now, my turbo was struggling with the blocked filter before.
changed it pretty swiftly after i found out if not changed your turbo will die

No need to buy the whole housing, BMW sell the cyclone device seperately, part no. 11 127 799 367. £18 +V. Also available at EuroCar Parts.

i couldnt be bothered to clean the old one and was not sure if the new cyclone part would fit the old casing, so it was easier for me just to buy a complete kit, as your going to need new seals aswell.

The £18 + VAT kit includes the seals. I know I bought one.
took me all of 2 minutes to clean the top and push the vortex unit in

£20 still buys a few beers or even a splash of diesel.
