Crackling speakers

Hi guys, I’m new to the Land Rover world and to this group.
I’ve just bought a Freelander 2 HSE LUX from a trader. The speakers have started to crackle really bad, has anyone else had this issue? The dealer thinks it might be the amp.

Theres one forum with different sections. One for each type of vehicle, like Freelander or range rover etc.
