Coultas

heeeloooo boys! I've just been to the doctors for a little problem I have, and he told me I need a 'Coultas'. He says i have to use it at least 4 times everyday. But I don't know what one is or where to get one.
I know, ask the doctor ,but he is a very busy man and i don't like to bother him.
All I know is that I need a small one with the big protrusions.
can any one help?

Nigel, do us a favour and leave out the stupid posts as the alter ego!! Just use your normal username, youve got piles of posts with that name and your a good contributer to the site. Leave the jamacan bob nigel ramsbottom etc out of it, it really isn't worth it....l
