just went to my auto parts to get a replacement thermostat. It says 88 degrees, but there are slight differences in style. The spring is much bigger on the new one and the small end is also a different shape.

It’s the one that came up on their parts book, so will it be ok, or does it look wrong?

Not sure on your engine?
But Iirc 200 and 300 have different stats.

Decent 200 ones are actually quite hard to get, waxstat was the best but NLA.
