Coolant part id help please?

Hi guys

Can someone please ID a part for me? The circled part in the pic, the "T" piece, is the bit I'm looking for. The hose is the top coolant hose on my 1.8 K series.

Can I buy this part on its own or do I need to get a whole new hose? The hose is £60-ish as opposed to a few quid for the connector. I know what I am hoping for...
