Convert hard top to canvas

Has anyone converted their Series 3 to a canvas back?

Where did you get all of the parts from to convert it if so?

Truck cab with 3/4 tilt or full canvas?

I costed this up with new parts on exmoor trim,

way too expensive, just keep an eye on ebay for a second hand stick set and a good condition canvas, it really just slots in.

got a bikini hood on ebay 60 quid brand new and a stick set for a tenner the hood sticks just pop in holes and bolt to top of screen you can buy the stick set in bits rather than all at once from brookwells love it with the bikini on lol

Thanks for the replies. The YouTube video is exactly what I want to do! I'm not looking for the bikini hood really, I think they look a bit funny and with the lovely British summer we're having... £60 is quite a tempting price though!

yep done it converted a 109 and a 88 both easy and if you look around at the autojumbles etc i got a canvas hood brand new for 10 quid just nos from a big military dealer its all bolt on the pains in the backside are the panels above the door i found i had to make the L piece that secures the windscreen to the above door section but all good if you have a manual it shows it all in the optional equpiment bit

i like the bikini hood on mine mind you only use weekends and havnt gone through a winter yet and its always put away in me garage
