Convert disco 4 electric heated seats to fit my disco 3

Hi all
Ive recently bought myself a disco 3 2007 tdv6.
Previous owner has changed the original front seats for heated electric leather seats from a disco 4. They are plugged in but do not operate at all. Im guessing the looms slightly different on a 3 to a 4?
Has anyone done this??

Does your car have the heated seat ecu fitted

Yes the original seats were heated but new seats are out of a disco 4 and it looks like the wires differ in the loom
