confused?.

hi.
i trying 2 get hold of anyone with a testbook or the equivalent equipement. so i can find out if something else is stopping my p38 diesel from running. he or she must be mobile as its stuck on the drive. or if anyone in the midlands knows of a company who could do home visits.
as im left with removing the pump. would like 2 be 100%.
