confused

I have had to replace the waterpump on a Nissan FD35T engine in a Defender 110, but a bolt sheared and I had to remove the timing gears to get to it. All timing marks lined up and pump replaced engine started fine, but now sounds louder than it did. Any sugestions PLEASE. http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/images/smilies/confused.gif

sorry i cant help you with your question but have a 100 inch land rover hybrid with the same nissan engine as you.the water pump on my engine has started to show signs of wear can you tell me where you got your waterpump from as i will be needing one very soon.good luck with your repair.
