con rod removal

help please i think ive bent a con rod so ive started stripping down engine to get it out i have got the sump off but cant see hoe the plate between sump and block come off ive removed all the bolts and it looks like there are some pins of some sort goin into gearbox, please tell me i can get it off without taking gear box off

Sorry to say but its box out or tbh , its easyer to take the motor out .

to remove con rod you need to remove head ,sump and con rod bolts it comes out of top there are bolts from gear box to engine that can be removed with gear box and engine in situ
