Commercial to 5 seat conversion easy or not?

Just looking at a commercial 03 plated nice clean disco, Q is has anybody bought one as a every day driver and put rear seats in it?
How big a job is it? does anyone know if i pay the vat where that leaves me being employed?
Rear seats do 98 spec seats fit?
Anything special to look out for it has "special vehicle" on badges everywhere, no roofs but aircon and all the whistles massive boot(obviuosly) Just about £2500 less than any others ive seen coz its commercial.

many peolpe fit seats in them and as for the VAT if you claim the VAT back then you will have to charge VAT when you sell it 90% sure that pre td5 seats wont fit but any td5 ones will fit no problems and you should tell the DVLA so thay can charge you more road tax thats why so many people do it if you no what i mean
....where are you in the country i have a set of td5 seats that i would be happy to see go to a good home.....

Martin we are in High wycombe Bucks going on hols this week so may do the deal on my return, still a bit undecided but it is a nice one in silver.
