Disco 2 Commercial Bulkhead

Hi All,
I have a Disco 2 commercial that has had seats fitted. I am turning it back to a workhorse and have removed the seats and fitted a commercial load bed, frame and half bulkhead. I notice that the bulkhead has fixing holes along its upper edge. Was there originally an upper part to the bulkhead or is a preferably solid upper half for the bulkhead available to fit? I have seen half height dog guards but believe these are for fitting behind the rear seats.
