Reight Then, been a while since i last posted on here.
Just had a looksie at my Engine, (1988 2.5td) and it appears that the (pre) combustion chambers (the lil ones) are knackered all cracked and the such, looked on paddocks and they apparently dont do them,
anyone know of aniwhere that does

Ring paddocks up - they have lotsa stuff they can sell that aint on their webbysite.

Didn't even know you could change them... isn't the 19j and 12j cylinder head the same article? Could probably pick up a good 2nd hand one of them as a replacement for less than you can repair your old one anyways

i have a spare head off my old old engine if its required.

Sold my last NA to a bloke who wanted the head off it, i told him it was burning a lot of oil, he took the head off, all 4 pistons were oval and 3 had big cracks in them!
