cold air!!!

Im sure this topic has been covered somewhere on here, but I can only see in the search range rovers!!!!

My 300tdi has dual air, the good lady wife, passenger on these cold mornings is lovely and toastie, whereas I the driver, is freezing my nuts off. the floor blower is the only heat on my side, the face vent and front screen vent are cold.

Any ideas!!!!!

The heat output to each side is controlled by dampers that direct the incoming air thro the heater matrix . The dampers are connected by cables to the heat control knobs on the dash.
Sounds as though the damper on the drivers side is not operating to let the heat out.
Normal cause is the damper is disconnected from the control cable or the control cable has come off the control knob. I'd go for the second option first. common problem.
